Left and right baffles: Scraper conveyors are generally not equipped with left and right baffles when they leave the factory. Special orders can be made if required by the user. Fourth, installation and adjustment 1. Installation: Before installation, the installer must read the instruction manual of this product, understand the structure and working principle of the conveyor, and be familiar with the installation procedures. After the product is shipped to the underground for installation, the bad parts must be repaired, and those that cannot be used must be replaced. After inspecting and confirming that all components are complete, they are transported to their respective installation sites downhole. The installation site is level and free of debris such as wooden boards and stones. When the inclination of the installation ground is greater than 7 degrees, the laying length should be shortened accordingly. 2. Install the transmission part: Connect the headstock and the moving beam at the installation site, and maintain a certain unloading height between the headstock and the trough conveyor. When installing the reducer on the side plate of the machine head frame against the coal mining space, the neck of the sealed casing of the fourth shaft of the reducer must match the support hole of the machine head frame, and the side key grooves match the guide keys of the side plate of the machine head frame Note that the vent plug should be on the top of the reducer. The transmission must be placed horizontally and not inclined. After the installation is completed, the reducer is filled with GB / T5903 industrial closed gear oil to ensure lubrication, and the injection amount is immersed in 1/3 of the large shaft arc bevel gear . There must be no leakage at each seal.If conditions permit, the whole transmission can be transported to the underground installation site. 3. Installation of the scraper chain: The installation form of the scraper chain should meet the requirements of (Figure 9), and ensure that the welding position of the ring chain and the convex part of the connecting ring are upward when the groove runs in the middle groove. When running on one side, it is in contact with the middle plate of the middle tank. The fastening bolts of the connecting ring must be tightened, and twisting of the ring is not allowed. 4. Install the transition groove and middle groove: put the scraper chain under the transition groove, and don't twist it. One end of the scraper chain passes out of the head frame through the bottom plate of the head frame, and the extended length should be able to ride on the head sprocket groove. The transition groove is connected to the headstock and connected to the middle groove in turn. The adjacent middle grooves should be as straight as possible to ensure that the horizontal and vertical bending is not greater than 3degrees. A scraper chain is placed in the middle groove. 5. Install the tail: the tail is connected with the middle groove of the last section of the machine, and the scraper chain is put around the tail sprocket and placed in the upper and lower grooves. 6. Tensioning the scraper chain: After the whole machine is laid, the scraper chain should be tightened. When tightening the chain, insert one end of the two tight chain hooks into the circular holes on the left and right side plates of the rack, and insert the other end on both sides. In the vertical ring in the symmetrical position of the round chain, drive the car in reverse, turn the loose chain to the machine head, and immediately hold the brake wheel immediately after stopping. After braking, you can remove the excess chain and dock the round chain. Remove the tight chain hook, and then move the eccentricity to the released position, so that the brake belt and brake wheel can be disengaged to operate normally. The tightening degree of the round chain is suitable to have a sag below the head sprocket during operation. Always pay attention to the working condition of the reducer.
