to preliminary analysis,the mine arranged illegally to arrange coal production in the Dongxiashan coal mining face outside the scope of outburst risk identification.No anti-outburst measures were 2015,it obtained approval for a merger and reorganization of 450,000 tons/year. 　　According to preliminary analysis,the 17301 coal mining face of the mine was flooded due to water inflow in the transportation lane,and the full negative pressure ventilation system of the working face was blocked.On the working face,gas accumulates in the roadway,and the gas explosion caused by the fire source.The main problems exposed by the accident are:First,illegal operation,continuous heavy rainfall led to increased water inrush in the transportation lane of the 17301 coal mining face of the mine,and the mine failed to take timely water damage prevention measures,causing the face and some system roadways to be flooded.Instead of fully organizing drainage,local fans were used to supply air to the return air lane,and construction of the uphill digging face in the return air lane was undertaken to mine coal illegally.The second is that the management of ventilation gas is not in place,the safety monitoring system is not running,the operator does not carry a portable methane detection alarm,and takes risks without checking the gas.The third is blind rescue.After the accident,the coal mine enterprise failed to report to the relevant departments in time,and the mine chief and chief engineer organized the rescue themselves,which almost caused a secondary accident.Fourth,the mine has
