• Brief introduction： The derailleur, also called the splitter, the fork, can be divided into the head splitter and the tail splitter according to the use position.      53Z4104 type chain splitter is suitable for conveying equipment used in coal mine underground.      The derailleur is a welded structural part. When the derailleur is installed, the shift fork is inserted into the groove of the sprocket teeth, so that the chain of the scraper chain and the sprocket can be smoothly engaged and separated. The function of the derailleur is to prevent the chain ring from being stuck in the groove of the sprocket and cannot be disengaged at the normal separation point, and promptly remove the debris caught in the sprocket groove to ensure the normal engagement of the sprocket and the scraper chain. When the upper and lower parts are worn, they can be repaired by surfacing welding and used again.
