• Brief introduction： 　　The so-called head frame is the head part of the scraper conveyor. It is used to install the reducer, blind shaft assembly, sprocket assembly and other accessories. It is convenient for the components to be combined together to form an organic whole. The motor provides power, and the reducer achieves the change of operating speed, so as to achieve the purpose of continuously transporting coal.     The head frame is an integral welded component, which is formed by welding parts such as side plates and bottom plates. Its sides are used to fix the reducer and blind shaft assembly respectively, and the tail end is connected to the transition groove. The axis hole of the transmission sprocket is the positioning hole for installing the reducer or the blind shaft. There are holes for inserting chain hooks on the upper edges of the two sides of the head frame. There are on each side plate for mounting a gear unit φ200 and . 6 th φ26 holes. The Φ26 hole is a hole for installing the coupling bolt between the reducer and the head frame.        The head frame is equipped with a detachable fixing frame and a chain puller (connected to the fixing frame with pins). The chain puller can force the scraper chain in motion to disengage the sprocket at the point where the sprocket runs away, to avoid accidents caused by " rolling chain " .
