The sprocket assembly leaks oil. The reason is that the seal ring or oil seal is damaged; the gland or pressing plate bolt is loose; the cylinder bolt is loose.

Treatment method: replace qualified oil seal or sealing ring; fasten gland or pressing plate bolt; reassemble sealing ring; fasten bolt.

Fault 4

The scraper chain jumps the teeth or falls off the chain on the sprocket, and cuts off the bolt or chain between the scraper and the connecting ring. The reason is that the ring chain is twisted or the connecting ring is installed reversely; the length of the two chains exceeds the specified tolerance; the sprocket is excessively worn; the scraper chain is excessively loose; the scraper chain is excessively bent; the scraper chain is stuck in the metal object.

Treatment method: connect the ring chain and connecting ring; replace the chain segment of the scraper that is out of tolerance; replace the sprocket; tighten the chain again; replace the scraper; check whether the ring chain is stuck in the metal object, if any, remove it.
