Fault 2: The motor and bearing at the end are hot

the reason:

1. Overload operation time is too long

2. Poor ventilation and heat dissipation

3. Bearing lacks oil or is damaged

Approach:

1. Lighten the load and shorten the overload operation time

2. Remove floating coal and debris around the motor

3. Fill the oil and check whether the bearing is damaged

Malfunction 3: The sound of the motor is abnormal

the reason:

1. Single operation

2. Virtual connection of terminal

Approach:

1. Check the cause of single operation

2. Check the wiring

Fault 4: The chain is stuck on the sprocket

the reason:

Tongue derailleur bolts are loose or missing

Approach:

1. Tighten the bolt

2. Replace with a new tongue derailleur

Fault 5: Scraper chain jumps teeth on the sprocket or falls off the bottom chain, cut off the scraper and connecting bolts or chain

the reason:

1. Tangled chain tangles

2. The length of the two chains exceeds the stipulation

Tolerance

3. Excessive wear of sprocket

4. Scraper chain is too loose

5. Excessive bending of the scraper

6. Chain caught in foreign body

Handling precautions:

1. Connect the chain and link

2. Replace the super poor scraper chain segment

3. Replace the sprocket

4. Re-tighten the chain

5. Replace the scraper

6. Remove the stuck foreign objects

Fault 6: Scraper chain vibration is large

the reason:

1. The chute disengages

2. Uneven chute overlap

1. Docking the chute
