Material

The sprocket body is made of 8-tooth 42CrMo forged heat-treated sprocket.The outer diameter of the sprocket is 510mm.The medium and double sprocket is matched with a 26×92 grade C heat-treated chain.The center distance of the chain is 120mm.

Craft

The fully-mechanized mining sprocket shaft group is mainly composed of sprocket,sprocket shaft,bearing,bearing housing,sealing ring and other parts.The material of the sprocket is mostly made of 42CrMo or 45CrMnMo.The sprocket is made of forging and quenching to improve The abrasion resistance of the sprocket requires that the surface of the forging must be free from defects such as cracks,interlayers,wrinkles,forging injuries,slag inclusions,and scarring.The blank after forging requires first-level inspection to ensure that there are no cracks in the sprocket body.The second is the surface hardening of the sprocket,the hardness of the tooth surface of the sprocket is HRC50-55,and the depth of the hardened layer is 10mm.
