Inform the control panel electrician to start the scraper conveyor at a low speed. When one pair of locking link connecting the scraper chain is transferred to the chain wheel shaft group at the tail of the scraper machine, lock the scraper conveyor. The person in charge of the site construction informs the control panel electrician to stop and lock the combined switch supplying power to the scraper conveyor, hang the warning sign of "someone works, no power transmission" and have a special person to watch over it.

Clean up the sundries at the construction site, install the chain stopper, start the chain tightening motor, loosen the scraper chain, then use a 40t chain to fix the two scraper bottom chains under the sprocket shaft group on the tail frame, use a 24P sledge hammer to disconnect the lock type chain link at the scraper tail sprocket shaft group, and then use a 40t chain to fix the two scraper chains at the scraper head side on the five sections of the chain stopper On the gear rail.

Remove the baffle plate on the end cover side of the sprocket shaft group, remove the guard plate of the scraper head, and take out the chain puller. Two 5T manual hoists are used to bind the two ends of the old chain wheel axle group, and then the manual hoist is hung on the lifting ring of the hydraulic support above the chain wheel axle group, and the lifting chain of the manual hoist is tensioned, so as to benefit the pre tightening state.

Remove the two pressure blocks that fix the sprocket shaft group, adjust the length of the lifting chain of the manual hoist, use the hydraulic single strut and the drill rod to separate the external spline of the sprocket shaft group from the internal spline of the reducer, and then take out the old sprocket shaft group. Use the upper side anchor bolt of the air lane as the suspension point, use two 3T manual hoists to pull the old chain axle group to the place 2m ahead of the air lane, and use the lifting point during unloading to assemble the old chain axle and transport it to the ground.
