Installation sequence

After the installation of the basic support of the working face, install the tail transition support, and then install the shearer. After the installation of the shearer, perfect the tail of the chute, connect the scraper chain and start the trial operation.

matters needing attention

Respectively manage the control switches of the head and tail motors of the scraper conveyor to ensure the rotation direction of the head and tail is consistent, and check whether the motor is blocked. Install the chain tensioner at the predetermined position of the head connecting groove, clamp the brake, and remove the chain tensioner when the scraper chain stops moving completely.
