Step 1

Using the lifting ring on the top beam of the hydraulic support as the lifting point, use two suitable hand hoists to bind the two ends of the new chain wheel set and hang it on the lifting ring.

Step 2

By adjusting the lifting chain length of the manual hoist, the new chain wheel axle group is lifted into the clamping groove for fixing the chain wheel axle group, the new chain wheel axle group is installed in place with the help of the hydraulic single strut and the drill rod, then the two pressing blocks for fixing the chain wheel axle group are installed, and the manual hoist for lifting the chain wheel axle group is removed.

Step 3

Install the chain puller and guard plate of the sprocket shaft group and the baffle plate on the end cover side of the sprocket shaft group.

Connect the scraper chain, tighten the hydraulic chain tensioner for reverse liquid supply, remove the chain stopper, and clean up the sundries on the construction site.

Check the oil level and quality of the new chain wheel set, and inform the control panel electrician to power on and test the scraper conveyor.
